Dodge Ram Challenge - non traditional approach

The latest spots for Dodge Ram features excerpts from an actual race. Military guys take on firefighters take on contractors take on cowboys take on I guess any other stereotype you can think of?

It's great to see how the spots aren't just the usual run of the mill crappy advertising about the vehicle, but it actually promotes an experience that lives on ramchallenge.com. The experience is an actual race between these stereotypes which launches on 19 October.

Less talking about what the truck can do and more about showing it in an extreme but authentic setting (although not sure about the explosions featured in some of the clips - seems a bit much). Should be great entertainment.

Growth in Twitter

Figures released by Nielsen Online shows that the Twitter website in the US had 2.3 million visitors which is a growth of 422% from 2007.

What I found interesting about this is the fact that they measured website visits when most people use various applications and devices to update Twitter. So in fact this number could be far larger.
